Memorial Art- 4″ art heart

I would be very honored to create beautiful fused glass art memorials with your loved ones ashes to remember them and keep them close. One memorial is $150, approx. 4″ wide, custom sizes and types available. Memorials include certification, additional memorials with purchase are $75.00 ea.  If you wish a custom size, color or design, we can do that.  I have made butterflies, dragonflies, eggs and jewelry.

We mail you a Collection Package, instructions included with your order to return a small amount of your loved one’s ashes for each memorial to be created. The package can only be returned USPS Priority Mail. Please give a physical address for delivery.
